Return Policy

Any items purchased from Fortress Security Store can be returned for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase, as long as the item is received in satisfactory condition and you have contacted one of our representatives prior to your return so that we can issue you an RMA number.

The purchase price minus a restocking fee of 10% will be refunded. Shipping is not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. The refund will be issued as soon as we receive the returned item. Important: We will not be able to process your return if the RMA number is not included on or inside the packaging.
