What do I do if my SD card is not recognized by the camera?

If your SD Card is not recognized the camera please check the following

1. Insert the SD card into a different camera to see if it is working
2. Make sure your SD Card is formatted to FAT32. You may need to do this on a computer
3. Use a different SD card on the battery camera
