My Total Security main panel turned off and won't turn back on. What do I do?

If you find that your Total Security main panel has turned off and won't turn back on, we recommend the following steps:

1. Unplug the wall power from the main panel.
2. Turn the power switch to the "OFF" position.
3. Wait for 30 seconds with the panel completely powered off.
4. While the power switch is still turned off, plug the power from the wall back in.
5. Turn the power swtich to the "ON" position.
