Do you offer monitoring services?

All of our alarm systems are self-monitored, meaning that there is no monitoring service provided by Fortress Security Store at this time. However, customers can program phone numbers into the system, which can then be automatically dialed by the panel in the event the alarm is triggered.

• Any of our systems can be programmed to call the police. We advise that you call your local police station first, because they will usually have a special phone number to give you for the alarm system to call.
  
  

Additionally, our Total Security System is compatible with some third-party monitoring services. More information about configuring the Total Security panel with a third-party monitoring service can be found on Page 6 of the Advanced Setup Instructions.
